Eligibility Criteria for our Free Home Visitation Program
Age
- Children from birth to 3 years of age
- Pregnant Women
Services Area
Families must live in one of the following cities: Arleta, Pacoima, Lake View Terrace, Mission Hills, North Hills, Panorama City, San Fernando, Sylmar or Van Nuys.

The Head Start locator is for families that live outside our service area and would like to learn more about other Head Start locations.
Income
Families are eligible for services if their income fall within the income guidelines. Complete the pre-screener below to find out if you qualify.
